hx35 hybrid
I have a 2001 Cummins (check signature for more details). I have a turbo mounted Pacbrake on a stock turbo that I would like to retain. So to get a little more power and some better EGTs I have to go with a hx35 hybrid. I tow just about every weekend and it is my daily driver so I will need it wastegated. I am also debating on some bigger injectors to match the turbo.

To keep my exhaust brake I have to go to a hybrid. My current exhaust brake will not mount to a turbo with a hx40 style exhaust. I am not looking for major power gains. I also understand that with a hybrid I will not be able to achieve much more than 400hp at best, and that I will not see a significant drop in EGTs. If I go to a hx40 style I will shoot myself in the foot with the money that I spent on my exhaust brake that I use every time I pull. I understand the draw backs of a hybrid and am willing to accept them.
