Question 1996 12valve build

1996 12valve overhaul. Looking for a master kit with marine pistons. Cylinder bore =.040 over bore. Main bearings =.010 oversize. Rod bearings =.010 oversize.

Also quote on a fully loaded cylinder head with 60 pound springs.( Will be running 4k governor springs)

And either a set of 215 horse injectors or nozzles.

Possible add is a twin ram intake for better flow.

Just doing a mild build this truck pulls my horse trailer. Estimating to try for around 350 to 425 horse power with my auto tranny. Tranny is built with triple disc converter. And running a 35/40 hybrid turbo. Not going to be over 40 psi boost. Using grade 10 Allen head bolts. Building it to last another 10 years. Let me know if you need any other info.

Thanks

.040 over is big

Can you get away with .020 for better relaibility and option to rebuild one more time without sleeving?

We have 230HP BOSCH SAC injectors for 215HP for $299. Give us a call
