Ya diesel great man, but you gotta pay to play, so unless you have a need for it hold off till you can get one in decent shape and fix the weak points on it, but for now I would just buy
something reliable, cheaper, nicer and something you are happy to get in every day. I know how ya feel my ole pu was getting to the point I didnt even want to drive it, and I was tired of fixing it. and some advice, powerwash the underside of your trucks after winter it will save you the hell that salt brings on trucks..

oh yeah im used to the old pressure washing routine, my dad taught me all about that, but this truck is too far gone, i bought it off my uncle and i figured since he was sellin it to me it wouldnt be too bad, well he didnt know how rusty it was either, i was in a rush to get a vehicle at the time so i learned my lesson.
The hunt for a toyota pick up is on! I will be able to put my sled in it and it should be fairly good on gas at least better than my truck now and again thanks for the advice most forums take forever to answer anything and when they do, its not very good advice but you guys took the time and answered it well.

Your Welcome, sorry we put a dent in your Cummins dream, but your better of starting good than trying to polish another turd when you go to buy one save up for one, and do some research on those trucks and get an Idea what your gettin into when you come join us in the Diesel World. Im not a Toyota fan but I will admit their good rigs, till the started goes !! Look forward to hearing from you, and good luck in school, cant wait got one more semester left!!!
