Default help

i recently purchased a 2000 f350 4x4 lifted 15", 40" ties,4.88 gears, DP Tuner 6 programs programmer, bigger injectors, pump, turbo all from dp tuner the truck has over 500 hp(so im told) it can move a mountain! i got off the fwy a couple days ago and a huge smoke screen came out the exhaust smelling burning oil so im ASSUMING the turbo seal went out. my questions are...1- is ther anything else that would cause oil in the exhaust after driving fwy speed? and 2- what turbo should i get? its the 7.3ltr. 3-or what should i do?

Now you are talking about grey smoke right? Like a cloud of burnt oil? Or was it just black smoke that smelled like oil? If its the latter its likely its just burning a little oil showing the truck is older and has been run fairly hard. If it was a cloud of grey smoke oil can be burnt from worn turbo seals, worn valve seals, or worn piston rings.
