im realy intrested in the 7.3 powerstroke so any info on that would be great to. I have read someone getting 25 mpg with theres

 

LOL if they got 25 they must have been going 55 and I doubt it then. My 6.4 gets anywhere between 12-20 depending on how i am driveing and what im pulling. Its moded when it was stock about it got about 8-16

Ya 7.3s can get maybe 22 but from what I understand not often. Maybe driving 55/60 down the interstate all day. I don't do my mileage I don't want to know what I get

 

out of all the diesel trucks out there which can get the best mpgs

 

I've heard 12v cummins can get pretty good mileage even modded just have to keep ur foot outta it oh and I do believe zf-6 in with 7.3s get better mileage.

My 1999 7.3 F-250 only gave me 15.5 MPG in the city

 

my 08 cummins beats my 91 cummins by a couple. the 08 gets about 22.

 

My '88 7.3 idi gets 15 regardless of how I drive. It'll go back to getting over $20 when I fix the leaky injector.

 

stock my 06 LBZ got 13-17, now with the minor mods in my sig it gets 16-21
