19psi, what upgrades have u done to your lbz?

I definitely love the idea of a handshaker, that just seems pure diesel to me! If I was to take this 05-07 5.9 and bomb it, to produce my DD dream machine, what should I do and how much ballpark will the upgrades cost me?

It really is IMO. Well what exactly is your dream machine, like how much HP we talkin here?
