P0602, PCM Programming Error
P0408, ERG Sensor B Circuit High
P0483, Fan Performance
P0107, MAP/BARO Sensor Low Input
P0073, Ambient Air Temp Circuit High Input

I'f be looking at the EGR system to start. Pull the valve and see if it is stuck open a bit. I know that killed my F550, 6.0L before.

P0480, Fan 1 Control Circuit

Might need to look at PCM fuses, relays, and wiring.

P0073 Ambient Temperature Sensor High
P0107 Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor Low
P0480 Cooling Fan 1 Control Circuit/Open (Low Speed Fan Relay)
P0483 Cooling Fan Speed
P0602 Control Module Programming Error/Not Programmed

Give me a few extra minutes to find my repair/service manual.

all the fuses are fine ive had the computer go out before and it acts the same as it did then just has a horrible knock now sounds to me like the knock is coming off the exhaust side on the top of the motor ive read a ton of threads and it sounds like it might have a stuck valve my friends thinks a rod is bent but i dont think thats what it is how do i check for a stuck valve just take the valve cover off and have a friend bump the key while i watch the valves??

thanks bryan

Those codes have nothing to do with the valves.
