But I've also owned 6 fords, including a 7.3 6spd f250 and loved every single one of them.

like I tell me wife; hate the dodge, love the cummins. Though all joking aside my 12v was a great truck aside from me being a dummy and not realize I bought a lemon.
How about the best of both worlds?
I spent several months building my '78 Bronco with a '91 12v Cummins in it. It's BY FAR my favorite truck I've ever owned and I'm loving the Cummins power. Being able to smoke the tires on a roll and still average 20 mpg with an auto and no overdrive puts me in a good mood.

Oh there's no doubting that. I'm not doubting or denying the PSD.. they are AWESOME motors.. but they take MUCH more money and effort to gain the power a 30$ fuel plate will on a cummins.
A 12v NBS 6spd superduty would be bada$$

Dodge for sure, I've had two fords a 95 and a 97 both were nothing but problems, bought a 98 Dodge and it has 130,000 on it and it just now needs a trans re-build and that's pulling a 36 ft fifth wheel.
