constructive idea:
PSD is pretty much the worst way to go by most people's ideas including my own. But if you want to dump money into it and do something different, mod a 7.3. Kinda depends what your after. If you want something to tow with, daily drive, no hassels, get a dmax or cummins. if you want to put time and money into something different, a heavily modded 7.3 would be pretty cool.

Welcome to DB!! First off do your research before jumping in, get what you like, all brands have their +'s. Ive owned Ford, Chev and Dodge. The cummins is a proven workhorse since well....dirt Not the most comfortable but hey I would rather be uncomfortable than broke. Ford's 7.3 was awesome, minus a couple cam sensors and a water pump. Rough ridin truck too. Anyway, I would recommend lookin for an old 12v to play with and get famaliar with the diesel addiction......cause.....you will become addicted
