Default Which truck to keep? 7.3 or 12v?

Hello all!,

I have the luxury of picking which truck I want to keep. Which ever truck I keep will be a fun daily driver as well as used to tow boat and utility trailer on occasion.

Truck 1: 1996 ram 2500 12v 5 speed nv4500 2wd extended cab long bed. Has 300k miles. Has stack in bed which I'm not crazy about as it gets bed dirty but that's an easy fix. Has upgraded valve springs and killer dowl pin fixed. Has it's dents and dings.
Issues:
-Steering box leaking at shaft
-Steering Pump will need replaced as it was ran dry.
-Steering box stabilizer to make new box last longer and tighten steering.
-Shocks as the ones are bad on it now.
-Leaking oil at oil pan plug
-Could be burning oil but not sure. Smokes kinda blue at start up but could be tuning issue and smoke is kinda grayish black when I'm on it but once again tuning issue. Probably my biggest concern as I know it could get expensive quick if it's burning oil and piston rings or something.

Truck 2: 1999.5 Ford F-250 7.3 6 speed zf6 2wd extended cab long bed. I have put a new clutch in it and it has a ts performance chip. Has it's dents and dings like the dodge. Nothing too major.
Issues:
-Needs new injectors as its sluggish at start until warmed up and a puff of bluish fuel smoke at start up was told leaky injectors. If I do injectors I'll upgrade while I'm there.
-Needs exhaust piped to back. I'll just put a 5in kit on it if I keep it.

With the issues know which would you keep? I know both trucks can be very reliable and all but knowing the issues of the dodge I'm almost leaning towards that as the steering pump and box and if I want piping the exhaust to the back wouldn't be that expensive compared to upgraded injectors on the ford as they're expensive to be put in and pricey. I also know how to get free hp out of the 12v where as the ford it's alittle harder than just tuning the pump and fuel plate.
