Default Help me decide. Early 99 F-250 / 2007 F-250 / 2001 Ram 2500

Input required. I've owned Dodge diesels..2006 and up but right now I have a gasser. I need to downgrade for financial reasons (it's a denali 1500).

So I'm looking at a used 1999 F-250 extended cab?(has half a back seat), it's the earlier 99. Has ~ 230,000km for 13,000CDN . sigh unseen it's 1 province away at a dealer. No accidents

also a 2001 Dodge 2500 5 speed extended cab (half a back seat), 212,000km for 11,000CDN. Body is decent, minor rust. Super clean inside with trans temp gauge and high idle.

I can tell I'd have to do some front end work, maybe tranny as there's a leak for sure..possible power steering flush as she's tough to turn, and the tranny is very hard to push into the gears (not stopped just while driving, maybe just low fluid?). Carproof shows 1 accident front right $2900, maintenance records pretty good and had fuel injection pump changed at 96,000km.

and a 2007 F-250 6-Speed (crew cab) with 170,000km for 20,000CDN. Sight unseen so far, at a dealer. No accidents (Should I try and phone ford with the VIN and get some history?)

I need room for my dogs...so I was thinking the 99 backseat too small maybe the dodge too...but I'm hesitant to buy the 6.0 Powerstroke, even though it's newer I'm worried about the motor.

All comments appreciated, I've drove lots of Fords/Dodge diesels through work. Always owned dodges though.
