Thanks
You'll have a little more air in there which in turn should lean it out, which also should lower your EGTs. So with the added air, you add a little more fuel to it. Now, there probably arent any aftermarket injectors available for it, but if you find an diesel injection shop that repairs/works on injectors, they may be able to bore out the holes in the injector tip/nozzle to give a little more juice. You won't need much @ all.

What kinda inner cooler did you go with and were did you mount it?

My intercooler is not branded. sizes are, l=300mm, h=200mm, w=70mm. It' front mounted.
How much safe boost for everyday use can I give it?

The max boost your going to want is still 4-6psi. Just cause you added an inner cooler doesn't mean you can increase your boost. It's the pressure in the cylinders that you have to worry about.

a motor like yours wasn't designed for high boost. if you go much over 6-7psi then the cylinder pressure can get out of control. the more pressure that is built up the more stress is on the head, head gasket, and head bolts.

The inner cooler cools the air going into the engine which makes the fuel to air ratio for efficent resulting in more power, better fuel mileage with less fuel.

Most diesels seem to like staying under 1300* and that's measured in the exhaust manifold before the turbo.

I can't imagine you being too far off from that.
