We can argue all day, you ordered after several confirmations in white... and once it was already produced, you e-mailed and asked for it to be changed to red.
Our terms stated (on the online store you ordered from and agreed to) that once ordered, product details wouldn't be changed. Try and make me look bad all you want... but here is the two statements that matter from you

And of course, you say...
You offered to purchase another one, I offered to sell it to you at a discounted price.. and give you the other one free...
So please, don't try to blame it on me "will the order come in red..", when that is how you ordered it. Records state that you ordered it from the online store... which takes several confirmations before you actually pay, and states your color several times.
I apologized for your mistakes in ordering the wrong color, and offered you something free and discounted (your correct color)... I don't see much better I could do for a customer mistake.. wait.. even more extras..
My customers know that I will go out of my way to please them, and create them something unique and great for their truck, car, etc.
Your post should have never been posted above, you're trying to stir a pot without soup on it. Hopefully my post here explained to everyone what happened, since he didn't
