i contacted you b-4 it was made in white, and you didn't get back to me for a very long time. then it was already cut in white but waiting on backing, then school, then smashed fingers... you're full of excuses. funny how ya found the order info but not my FREAKING ADDRESS, It was also confirmed along with the color. Your customer service sucks, try posting the original date of order, Sep 5, 2010 Payment To Mingle Graphics Completed ... -$33.00 USD.
If you woulda posted the other emails it would also show i did contact you b-4 ya cut it in white.
And since ya jerked around with the order for more than 45 days it can't be disputed with paypal. Enjoy the the 33.00 USD.

The bottom line is that you agreed to a set of terms and conditions that stated once you placed the order... it was final, the color... the size... and once it's produced, that's it.
Your product is sitting right here, which you refuse to accept because it's white... which you ordered. I offered you the white one FREE and your correct color at a discounted price... all for YOUR mistake. I don't know how much better a FREE product is, along with a discounted price when you made the mistake.

Whether or not you e-mailed stating you wanted it a different color or not, it was final when you pressed the pay now button and was sent to PayPal to purchase it.
Whether you disputed it with PayPal or not, you agreed to the terms and conditions, and they would have sided with me due to the fact that what you ordered is what was produced.
I offered you FREE and DISCOUNTED products for your mistake... which it all boils down to.

I'm not disputing that i ordered it in white, i did. But when you told me you had to order white material i responded with the an email stating what i actually wanted was red. Then after not hearing from you for a long time you tell me it's cut in white and waiting backing, then school then fingers and whatever else, then you ask for my address so you can send it, which is on the original order that has the mistake of white for the color. Thats when we started emailing back and forth about free stuff that i already paid for.
"Glad to get back to you, finally back in work and finishing up the backlog of business. What we're down to now is your white order has already been cut from when you ordered it.
The only thing we can do at this point is send you the white banner, or you order a red banner at a discounted price and you'll get both.
Just let me know what you want to do.

You're in the wrong, and I hate to say that to a customer, but I've tried to resolve this issue with no positive outcome, so I'm done with it.

This is extremely unprofessional to be arguing with a customer on a forum, but I'm not going to sit here and let you make me look bad without the story being told. I've tried to resolve the situation with you, but it doesn't seem to be working or have worked. I'm not cutting you a 2nd red one free when it is your mistake in ordering.
Your only options are at this moment is to accept the white decal which you paid for, or to let this go and quit stirring the pot.
