Default Looking for Diesel Marine / Performance Engineering Company

I have a Cummins Diesel engine which I want to convert to a marine engine / marinize. I am looking for a company which supplies marinization kits or parts or a company which can help with the marinization process.

I also need to reprogram the ECU on the engine so I am also need to find somebody with the capability to reprogram the computer in the engine. The catch is I want to reprogram the computer to deal with marine related loads. This is a custom engine so I will need somebody who can take the engine, test it, crack the software and burn a new chip for me.

All help / introductions appreciated.
