911!! Fifth wheel bushing removal?

911!! Fifth wheel bushing removal?
I'm replacing my Holland FW35 fifth wheel plate, and can't get the suspension bushings out. Is there a tool for this or elbow grease and a hammer???? They're the somewhat triangle shaped bushings.
