you may do well to check with a large truck repair shop. i picked up a 3-foot section of stainless exhaust and two slip-fit joints, with clamps, for about $70. thought i was going to be installing a 5" TBE on my 06 cummins, til i blew out my knee a week later.
i'd offer to sell it to ya, but A- test pipes are usually in stock diameter (i think should be either 3.5 or 4"), and B- it'd prob cost more to mail it than it'd be worth given that you could prob buy the pipe so cheap at a local shop.
