Default Air filter

I have a K&N filter for my truck. I have read some things that due to the oil it can clog up your MAF. My question is should i get rid of it and just run a paper filter?

yes, and the K&N has less filter media then the AC delco filter so when it gets dirty, it really gets stuffed full of debris and doesent flow as much as a AC delco with the same ammount of dirt in it.

You would be bette off with modifying the stock intake box with a delco filter in it
