iv put the valve in and it got me a 3 or4 psi boost. as far as putting it on with your stock tranny i dont see a problem but every truck is different. i run it with edge juiced with hot unlock and i think thats 150 hp. i still have my stock tranny and have luckly never limped it knock on wood .

 

Yeah I agree every tranny is different. I tried the programmer I have that fits the 01-05 duramax's and I stuck it on our 04.5 and it slipped the tranny several times, but doesn't on my 01.
