Just came across an article that listed some performance people I had not heard of before, and they mentioned that Ford is developing a V6 powerstroke? I wonder what it would take to put that in an older ranger...

 

First things first.... They don't even make it yet and proably won't till after 2014 soooo your gonna be waitin awhile. Second why? The motor is gonna cost way more than the truck if it's still in good shape by then. If I was you and wanted a diesel ranger reallllly bad just drop in a 4bt Cummins and have it now. My 2 pennies.

 

I didn't realize the engine was so far off. Its not that I really want one as much as I'm always looking to build something different that makes people wonder what the heck is in it. Thought they might be in use in fleet vehicles or something.
