I wonder if that guy is on probation and if so, if he has a probation officer. If so, a call to his probation officer could bring the funny.

A career criminal, maybe not but definitely a career loser. This guy must do somethin with his life, be it legal or not to afford the truck and all those fines and legal fee's.
