My heap is still chugging along stock...I have been gathering up all of the little parts, pieces, & gaskets to get the new motor as far along as possible before it's time to tear mine apart. As of last report the heads had not made it to the machine shop. Once they have those they can check piston protrusion, valve clearance, and then set the valve lash. I may be able to pick it up Friday Jan 2nd.

Theres not a doubt in my mind that the d-max cant hang with the local Dodges. I only know of a few other local trucks that could beat it on fuel only. But with that new engine will see what happens....

John I sure hope you get that thing back to gather in time for the dyno day.
