No eBay knock off crap here... Got it with the shop account from the supplier just like you do...

the outside weld looks like they welded w/o gas and solid wire. the inside looks like some bubblegum first time welding experience....

Ive installed two of their systems before and the welds were alot cleaner. After a couple beers and twisting of the pipes they slid in and everything worked like it should . With what you said about it being 8 inches longer and having to cut it down ive run into that both times with the silverline as well as with a diamond eye system I installed on a dmax.

Yup I hear ya, not afraid to work at it but when it's advertised to fit and it doesn't I have an issue with that. I'm lucky enough to be at a shop with every tool imaginable but what abt the poor guy that does this in his driveway that might not be so lucky...

Ive gotten that call more than once on other mods when a friend who is a pretty good wrench will call and ask if he can use the shop to finish up a supposed driveway install.
I do feel bad for the people who save up for a while to get the new exhaust only to not have go on as planned. Next thing you know there pulling in with just the down pipe on after waisting $20 in fuel just stepping on it cause it sounded cool and then having to pay to get it on rite.

that looks like $hit. i wouldn't have put it on myself for any reason. i put the cheapest exhaust on that i could find when i putthe 4 inch on my green truck, the expandit, and everything was right length and fit right. so if a company thats supposed to be great quality sends crap like that, they would be getting it back with a nasty letter in the box,but thats just my opion

Got a responce from them that I thought I would...

Jacob,

I agree the front pipe looks horrible – we import these systems and do not open the boxes and check each and every part – these pictures will be sent to supplier with a strong message attached. When we produce this system they are designed to fit all wheel bases and some cutting is required for certain wheel bases. Again a strong message will be attached to supplier on the ends of the pipes not being expanded and rounded correctly. Included in the hardware should have been 2 nuts, bolts, washers and 2 brackets to mount to truck for hanging the tailpipes. Unless customer had an oversize tire I am not aware of having to leave the spare tire out – on an occasion we have had to move the spare marginally toward the rear of vehicle. I fully understand the issues you had for this install, the next time you have a customer that has a need for a system please call us direct and I can compensate you for the additional work and effort on this install.
