Have told two people at gas stations that mines a diesel

 

my 7.3 e350 didn't run.
someone claimed he was a mecanic and asked me if the sparkplugs where sparking XD

 

was jumping a friends car & had a random guy ask me why'd i put a 2nd battory in my truck

 

im 15, but my buddy let me drive his truck the one day, it was an 08 powerstroke. he had a chip, a 6" exhaust and a cold air intake, and the waste gate pinched off. the truck ran like a raped ape. it was pretty awesome, but anyways, i pulled out and stomped on it and it starts going broadside, when i backed out of it and the turbo's sneezed, very loudly( anyone who has heard it knows exactly what im talking about, the clattering sneeze between the turbos) my other friend riding with me looks at me and goes, WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?!?!?!!? DID YOU JUST BLOW IT UP?!?!?!? hahahahahah, it took a long time to explain why that noise happened. hahaha.

 

those 6.4's are BEASTS with some good tuning

and btw, thats knows as a turbo bark

haha you should have turned off the truck and played it off like you killed it. kinda did that to a friend one time..... me and a couple of guys were riding around, and the one guy was kind of a *cat*. We rolled up into a cemetery in the middle of the mountains at about one in the morn, and me and the other guy got out and walked around. The whole time this other guy is freakin out. When I got back to the car (my 03 Dodge neon) and got in, I pulled the out the little safety piece that won't let the car start when removed, and the car just sat there and turned over. He really started FREAKING out then. And then to top it off, I threw the car in neutral and make him and the other guy push us out of the cemetery. After we got out the gate, reinserted the piece, started the car, and rolled on. He never knew what happened and told the whole college

He got pissy and called me a smart *** when i told him it was for hauling big stuff

 

Ive gotten why would anyone screw 2 tires together (its a dually)
and does it always sound like that?

 

I go to an Auto Restoration College and I had a student ask me "hey did you bridge a plug? your trucks running real rough" (as it loped on a cold start) You teach some people a few things and they think theyre gods gift to mechanics!

I had my roomate ask me "why dont you just get a new battery so you dont have to plug it in to your charger every night?"

And the best was riding with my buddy (who owns a duramax) I let out of the throttle at arounds 31 lbs. of boost and she barked real good... his response was "man your shitty-*** 6.0 just blew a head gasket!"

 

ive been ask why so loud i tell people that no one ever been run over by a loud truck
