cost of clutch install
how long will it take to install a clutch with a upgraded hydraulic kit. Unless you know of what a shop would charge to do it. because i have enough for my clutch just not sure what labor is going to cost
you could do it in a day if you had a lift and trans jack. it took me 2 days because i had to do it on the ground. i have a lift but my truck wont' fit in my garage, so i couldn't use it. and i had to make an adapted for a floor jack to act like a trans jack.
only counting time installing (not back and forth to town for tools and bolts etc
) I'd say the clutch took me 4-5 hours. hydraulics should be a 45 minute job so probably would take me around 2.
I'd say a shop would get it all done in 4 hours. but I'm pulling that out of my ***.
Thought about doing it yourself? Just takes renting a transmission jack, a 3/8 and 1/2" torque wrench, basic hand tools and patience. Could also post in your regional forum and see if anyone wants to help ya do it.
