This is not difficult......I pretty much showed you exactly how to install the FP guage. You install a tapped banjo bolt on the bottom of the fuel filter (or at the inlet of the VP-44 or on the VP-44 test port), install your snubber, run your line to your sender. And from the sender, the wires run to your guage in the cab.

The Boost guage is very easy....all you do is remove a bolt from the top of the engine, screw your boost bolt in and then run your line to the guage. Have a look at this (written by our very own DieselMinded):

ok, so do i NEED a tapped banjo bolt? I never got one thinking it was kind of an either or type of deal, also, can i pick one up at a hardware store here or not. If i need one i think i will kinda need it today.

 

A hardware store for a tapped banjo bolt - I dont think so. This is precisely why you should order guages from a supplier (like Cowboy Diesel or Diesel Manor) that is familair with diesels - they will know exactly what you need and will supply you with everything you could possibly need.

You should be able to tap the one you have....remove it, use a letter "R" drill bit, and a 1/8" NPT taper tap and make your own tapped banjo bolt. Sorry, I dont have a pic of the stock banjo bolt. Now, get out and get it done...

Where did you get that snubber? Looks nothing like mine.
