are there never any diesel trucks, of any kind in the scrap yards?? i thought i found a good one, but it turned out to be the $hit 5.4, v8 f250.

the best thing to do ive found is to find a semi graveyard..

they usually have old fed ex trucks and ups trucks with 12v's just sittin in them ..

sounds good. ive got one vlose buy with some semis in it.
but im not really lookig for parts. more just wondering where the diesels end up?

we drive em so long and replace all the parts in em that they are just reall hard to find trucks that are usable..maybe call the junk yards and ask them to call ya if they get a diesel in

Yup, semi junkyards.

Diesel stuff is in high enough demand that the small operations that do get them part them out exceedingly fast.

ad yes, i figured if something broke that you would just replace them b/c they are down right tough. but i mean like if its totaled. but the above answered it
