do you have a picture of the water coming out of the nozzle? i'd be interested in seeing the spray pattern.

It's a well atomized cone, around 130 degrees. I wasn't able to take any pictures with my test rig, and it's too much of a pain to pull the nozzles out and build a new one...

6.6, 12.6 and 26.4 GPH at 100 PSI. I seem to be actually getting quite a bit lower. I need to put a pressure gauge on my water pump to see what it's actually putting out at 40 GPH; I suspect that it's dropping a bit low.

remember that whatever boost pressure you are running needs to be subtracted from the pump pressure. so if the pump is putting out 100psi and you are boosting 35psi then you are only getting roughly 65psi though the nozzle..... now what a few guys with gassers that i know do is make sure the water resivoir is completely sealed and put a boost reference on the water tank. therefore it'll negate the boost affect in the intake.... you'll have 35 psi blowin into the 100psi pump..... do you see what i'm tryin to say? it sounds better in my head than it does in type.....

Yeah, I got that part.

I still need to get a pressure reading on one of the water lines.
