Default excessive smoking

Hello, so I am new here, but my question is what to do about my truck. I recently purchased a 2003 F250 6.0 Powerstroke that blows black smoke during acceleration, even when lightly acceleration (1500rpm). I know there are some people out there who love rolling coal in others faces, but that's not me. I am just trying to make this truck last and not destroy my wallet in the process. I know that black smoke is unused fuel, so that is why I am seeking help. My truck has the following modifications to it: 4" Diamond Eye exhaust, Sinister Diesel regulated fuel return kit, Sinister Diesel EGR delete, Elite Stage 1 injectors, S&B intake. Thanks in advance for any input.
