The gages in the bezel, The idiot lights are in the blackened areas and the odo can be read from the mother board nicely tucked under the dash next to the pedal assembly.

The comleted truck (for now) The half bed is because Im getting older and like to reach into the bed. Its 10 inches deep and I can reach to the middle standing along side the truck. Tail gate is still functional and the tail lights have have been modded to utilize the reverse light bulb as the blinker because the dodge harness requires separate bulbs for the brake/ blinker ;) the lenses were cut down and flipped upside down to rid the reverse light. there is a reverse light in the rear bumper.

Used the Dana 60 king pin with 4:10 gears and a crossover steering setup with a panhard bar and sway bar. You have to keep the panhard bar the same length as the drag link and pivoting close to the same elevations when using the air bags so your steering wont change when aired up and down.

Rear air bag setup with the GM one ton springs and the Dodge AAM 4:10 axle to keep the disc brakes and rear anti locks. I wired in the front ani lock sensor wires into the rear harnes so they recieve a signal for the ABS unit.

The frame with the motor mounts and cross members. I made the motor mounts and used part of the chevy crossmember to creat a very rigid bolt on setup. I used the dodge fuel tank and had to cut about 3/4" from the bottom frame rail to have clearance for the drive shaft.

Used the dodge steering column and peddal assembly. They amazingly fit very well in the chevy dash/ firewall with minimal modifications. Just had to weld a new plate over the firewall and drill new holes for the components. the throttle cable used was from a 2nd gen cummins, its a touch longer than the 3rd gen and reaches the pedal through the original hole in the firewall. The clip even fits the hole.

Under the hood. I used the Dodge wireing harness throughout the whole truck, PW, PL, overhead console, headlight switch that fit perfect in the vent hole on the side of the chevy dash and so on. I had to rework the arm on the wiper motor due to a dual relay wiper park conflict between the chevy wiper motor and the dodge FCM. A water to air intercooler (aftercooler) setup so I didnt have to modify the radiator support. The radiator is out of a 2nd gen truck and it fits well with about 5/8" clearance for the fan clutch. Used the 3rd gen shroud with the bottom cut off. Used the GM A/C condensor in its stock location. The engine coolant runs to the FASS fuel pump and then on to a custom tranny cooler a made for the NV4500 that now holds 5 quarts and opperates at the engine temp. The pyro gage is a Spek Pro using the accessory wire to run the aftercooler water pump when the EGT's hit a set piont. The aftercooler lines run through 20' of copper tubing wrapped around the A/C accumulator for added summer time intake cooling. A K/N filter tucked under a custom stainless air box using the stock GM cold air intake location through the radiator support. Dual Viair compressors for air and my favorite is the GM trouble light with 20' of retractable cord.
