Common Rail Crew Cab Chevy (10) »

Under the hood. I used the Dodge wireing harness throughout the whole truck, PW, PL, overhead console, headlight switch that fit perfect in the vent hole on the side of the chevy dash and so on. I had to rework the arm on the wiper motor due to a dual relay wiper park conflict between the chevy wiper motor and the dodge FCM. A water to air intercooler (aftercooler) setup so I didnt have to modify the radiator support. The radiator is out of a 2nd gen truck and it fits well with about 5/8" clearance for the fan clutch. Used the 3rd gen shroud with the bottom cut off. Used the GM A/C condensor in its stock location. The engine coolant runs to the FASS fuel pump and then on to a custom tranny cooler a made for the NV4500 that now holds 5 quarts and opperates at the engine temp. The pyro gage is a Spek Pro using the accessory wire to run the aftercooler water pump when the EGT's hit a set piont. The aftercooler lines run through 20' of copper tubing wrapped around the A/C accumulator for added summer time intake cooling. A K/N filter tucked under a custom stainless air box using the stock GM cold air intake location through the radiator support. Dual Viair compressors for air and my favorite is the GM trouble light with 20' of retractable cord.
