You'll continue to have trans issues (provided you're having troubles now) until you get good tunes on there too. So add a good tuner to the list of whatever it is you're buying for your rebuild, otherwise it's sort of a waste.

Is your trans toast now, or will this be preventative? How much power you planning on putting down, or rather, how much do you want this trans to hold up to?

I wont ever go over 600hp. I am at about 450-500 right now I think. I just want to have it ready for when it does go my main problem is bad tunes. I am probly going to get a livewire for 200 from a friend of mine. Then have a good high hp race tune, street tune, and tow/heavy tow. I am getting my egr delete for free the shop wants to install it then take pics, and i found some arp studs for about 500. So its just a matter of saveing enough to buy it all.
