I wouldn't even consider an IFS equipped rig for plowing. I've seen the aftermath of the grenaded front diff on an 88-98(not sure what year but that body style) chevy that was used for plowing around here. He plows with it everyday all day. There was no saving anything from this front end. I wish I had taken a picture at the time.
