.mine seems to work great. my turbo pulls hard yet i dont know anything about it specifically. i just know it will beat a stock 250 no questions asked, i cant really seem to find any mods that make it faster as i know the houseing cant help much if any

 

Are you saying that chunks of the casting fall out or that you felt upon visual inspection that more clean up of the casting was warranted? I'd love for you to show us where a casting had pieces that "fell" out.

You "washed" it and sand came out, yeah... Same happens in every single cast block motor on the road....

"You can only cast so many before you need to re-tool" I gotta ask, how do you think casting a part works? Explain the process for all of us. This I can't wait to see
