What weight oil are you runnin? Have you gotten the updated fash for it? My truck runs a little rough when its cold from the heavier weight oil that i run, but when i got the new flach it helped alot

Try switchin to a lower weight oil, like a 10w30 or even 5w30 if its real cold where you are and also synthetic. Seems to do the trick for most people. Also getting the most recent flash is supposed to help with cold start up. I run a semi syn 15w40 that i get free from work and mine runs rough till i bump the idle up in the morning.

I would suggest the oil for sure especially if it gets pretty cold where you are and if you already did the fuel filters, maybe you should check the codes and see if any of your injectors or the FICM are going south.
