Default VT275 swap

Ok guys I have been thinking about this wild idea the past couple of days. A VT275 in a ranger or a bronco or even an f-150. I have read about a lot of people thinking about it but never about someone actually getting it done. A lot of people have discouraged it because they have the same problems as the 6.0l plus more. First question would be cant the problems be resolved the same way? Rig up a BPD oil cooler, coolant filtration, and since the EGR would be shorter, just weld the EGR shut with freeze plugs? Also what are the "other problems"? Thanks in advance!!

O and I forgot to include my other question, I read that someone can tune the FICM's for them?? So could 6.0l injectors be used on them??
