I take it you live in either a housing development or a trailer park or somethin.

gettin a ticket in your own driveway for smoke

Cops couldn't do **** here on mine or my buddies property. cause 1 it is a private road to access them, 2. both are private property. 3. both are on acreage out in unincorporated county area.

however I would fight that ticket.

unless you and your buddy are on rental property, it would be private property...or were you parked on the street?

if you were in your buddies driveway, then it would have been private property which means you're not operating the vehicle on a public road making a traffic violation invalid. the cop had to trespass onto private property to write you a ticket.

contest that bastard 100%

I ain't gonna call you an idiot though cause I have been guilty of rollin coal a time or two...

this is just what happens if I hammer down rather than rolling into the throttle with my power turned all the way up (I was power braking in 4th purposefully lugging it...it did spool after the pic and light up the 35" rear tires and clean up to a light haze)

Yeah kinda seems like a BS ticket, and it sounds like you are normally a pretty responsible driver, Not the kind of guy who rolls coal at every light and darkens the sky at every on ramp. Not saying its wrong once in a while or on a deserted road somewhere, I guess it was a non moving violation, with no points on your DL right?
