Does the FICM control the turbo boost on a 6.0 powerstroke? After changing my FICM my turbo works only when it wants to, cycling high boost then no boost. The only problem I had before changing it was rough idle and hard cold starts. The voltage range between 25-40, that part is fixed but now turbo problems. I have cleaned the vanes and both mating suffices. PLEASE HELP

Yes, I forget the P#s but they were over boost and low boost codes

 

sounds like sticking vanes, even though you said you have already cleaned the turbo. either that or your actuator is going out.
