Make a complaint to your state ATTORNEY GENERAL
In most common law jurisdictions, the attorney general or attorney-general is the main legal advisor to the government, and in some jurisdictions he or she may also have executive responsibility for law enforcement or responsibility for public prosecutions

Thx, I figured the ford section just might have had someone who had delt with Elite, since they are better known for 6.4's. But I have talked to my bank and visa about just taking the money back from their acct and they are more than willing to do that. The shity thing is I paid my builder who then paid Elite, so my builder would get the charge back, but the way I look at it, I have owned my own concrete/excavation company you build wroung your screwed and the same should hold for truck builders.

Have you talked to the person that built the trans?

Yes, I've been in contact with several sales men @ "Elite Diesel "who built the trans without any reply for going on two weeks. I called them after first going to my builders where it actually blew second. When I called I gave them 72 hrs to reply before calling them again and so on. I am not wanting to scew anyone over, but after spending 27k on a truck, I just got back. It gets under my skin.

I'd try harder to get in touch with someone there, I can't believe you even destroyed two of their transmissions... what kind of power are you running? Who does your tuning?

Elite is a TOP NOTCH shop, they don't always get to the phones right away because they're super busy building some of the highest HP powerstrokes in the country. Did you leave messages when you called?

Who are you going through to get the Elite stuff? It sounds like you're using a builder who is just buying from Elite?

Better make sure you read their fine print warranty. Might be voided from something on the truck.
