Default Ridiculous black smoke, WHY?

Truck is in the sig, I run it only my tow/economy setting (bullydog) I know its a "bad" tuner, but aside from that it never used to smoke like it has been. The last 2 weeks I've barley gotten on her and she'll black out everything behind me. Will check oil tomorrow, but just put a new intake filter on her (yesterday) no leaks, no drips. Any suggestions? She runs fine, no lose in power, although I did start to hear after she got warm, and after a bit of driving. Kinda hard to describe, but like the fan is getting really loud, different pitch noise... Thats the best I can put it. Still no lose in power or anything but it sounds different than when she's normally running... any ideas? will check oil tomorrow with up date. about 2,300 miles in since new oil.

like i said no leaks. Will pull intake boot and intercooler boot tomorrow and check for residual oil, but no leaks on ground or underneath that i could see. First 5 words my friend said "truck is in sig" if you'd look there you'd see I have gauges. Pyro reads normal(ish) its post turbo but at cruse im looking at around 400* so around 6 if it was in the manifold (I assume) boost average 70-75, 2-5 pounds, trans irrelevant but 180-200 depending how long i drive (a lot of hills where im at and its currently in the high 80's low 90')

Check your up pipes. Check your ICP pressures and duty cycles...

EGT 500* - 600* sorry not 400*. I'll have to wait for wednesday to check anything got called back to work. My next 5 days off I'll run my buddies auto-inginuity and see. I checked oil and its dirty as hell...like i mentioned before though, i changed it less than 2500 miles ago. As for up-pipes am I just checking for residual oil or what? Also any Idea on the noise. It's a distinct humming noise kinda like a fan would make... thanks for the input guys and I'll

Your up pipes are more then likely leaking badly. Thats your noise.

Look for soot, not oil.

If your truck is blowing out black smoke, its because your programer is puting too much fuel to the engine and its not all getting burned like it should...take out the chip and i bet that the smoke stops....and that noise you have
