Default torque of the tie rod ends

I'm replacing the entire steering linkage, ie... tie rods, drag links on my 2001 Ford Excursion 7.3 diesel. What is the torque I tighten everything?

tight, and a little tighter if a cotter pin hole doesn't line up. never loosen to get the hole to line up.

70 ft lbs, the tighten to line up.
