Default Shuts down

My 2002 F-350 will just shut down after driving 5-10 miles and wont start back for a bit , after 15-30 min it usually starts and drives fine for about the same amount of time. Changed the cps and still no change, no check engine light comes on or anything just shuts down, havent had it scanned yet ,looking for suggestions.

Yes already changed cps and not sure about gauges, when it does start back everything is normal, will try to make sure to catch them next time it shuts down.

Is there a chip installed on the processor? I had a gold chip go bad and do this exact thing. Changed to a 6 position with PHP tunes and have not looked back since. I with that gold chip would have messed up years ago so I could have been running this good long ago. Just an idea for you to check.
