Start up/ regulated return queston

I installed a regulated return kit/ bowl delete on my 02. ALso a fass 125 55psi which bypasses the factory fuel pump. My question is do i need to set the regulator befor i start the truck? If so how do i do so.

I'm not sure is think that as long as your not going over 75 psi under normal operation your good. But you can always fine tune it afterward.
