Truck stalled at startup, wont start now.
I just finished rebuilding the fuel bowl, all the hpop orings, and put everything back in. Also new pads and rear rotors. New oil change with full synthetic oil and new batteries. Let the truck prime itself a few times and filled hpop up with oil and started right up. Was rough considering it was cold and hadn't been running in a few weeks. But improved and was running really good. I started it a few more times to move the tires when I was bleeding the brakes. The last time I started it, I had my hand on the wheel and as soon as it cranked and started up I turned the wheel and it stalled the motor in start up. Doesn't start up now.
I got no exhaust/diesel fuel out the tail pipe either.
I checked the IPR it is still nice and tight on.
HPOP reservoir is nice and full.
Fuel pump is pumping and such.
No leaks anywhere, fuel or oil.
WTS light is normal.
Batteries are at full power.
Fuses are all good except #13 (Stop Lamps, Center High-mount Stop Lamp,
Trailer Tow Stop Lamp) was blown and replaced it as well as the 20a for the horn and replaced that also.
Unplugged fuel heater and checked fuse, its fine.
Tried multiple start ups and nothing still.
Contacted Bob's from DieselOrings, he suggested the Hpop check ball maybe cracked. I don't have AE scan tool to check pressure so I took out the Hpop again and the check-ball is 100% fine, no cracks, etc.
Stuck again to what to find next. Getting closer and closer to just ordering AutoEnginuity even though funds are tight right now. It's an investment I hope to make soon anyways.
Anyone think of anything else?
