Can't comment on the dually, but I'm running some Super Winch hubs on my E99 without issue. However, since replacing the cracked factory ones with them I've only put this rig in 4 wheel drive once to test the hubs. I really don't expect to use them much so I don't expect to the stress them that often (maybe a bad snow storm over pavement, no off roading) and went with the cheaper Super Winch hubs over other brands.

Why won't they fit? The dually has the same hub, it just has the spacer.

I know SW hubs are extremely axle/spline specific with no give for error. Call SW to get specific part number and then search for it.

the only thing i can think of, is that the early 99 has the D50 axle. i don't know what the differences are but that might be it.
