no wait to start light means no comm to the PCM so that would be your problem
so your pcm may have come loose the same as mine so unhook your battery and try pushing your PCM harness towards the firewall some more (my pcm fried one time and it was due to the fact that my battery was hooked up when i tightened down my pcm) and tighen down the bolt a little not too tight though cuz i made that mistake too and and broke the head of my bolt
if that doesnt work i would say buy a new pcm but those are expensive so find the problem causing the fried PCM before replacing
