well since no fuses blown i dont think your fuel heater has shorted, would try unplugging ebp sensor (exhaust backpressure sensor) if still nothing id be looking at pcm bad or possibly idm bad. you could try unplugging idm and see what you got. if that dont work id say pcm may be out

Check the fuses again... You have killed your PCM fuse, more then likely with a shorted Fuel bowl heater...

Thats about the only thing that can cause your issue.

I was 2 qts low that wouldn't have anything to do with it would it? It was also about 20 degrees when it died. I had it plugged in all night and let it warm up.

shouldnt, if you have a test light check the pcm relay terminals in the fuse block, with key off should have one hot, with key on should have two hot the other two are grounds. what did you find with ebp sensor or unplugging the idm? if idm goes out truck dies wont restart. but you wana make sure its the prob. ive seen them fill up with water and cause all kinds of crazy stuff to happen.

try with idm relay out, it wont run with that relay out, but looking to see if your fuel pump starts working again and your cluster gets power again. cluster and fuel pump tells me your not getting power through your pcm relay. it powers comp. fuel pump idm relay and so on. Idm is a pain to unplug, you need to pull your plastic fender liner out on driver side and its bolted up in the fender near the door. should be fine to just pull the idm relay out though.
