I used rtv silicone and taped it

Just and FYI... That plug has nothing to do with the glow plugs.

Its a Block heater that heats the coolant in the motor (specifically the oil cooler)...

Sorry, I knew that. Lol I couldn't think of words to describe the plug at the time. I hit a brick wall. Lol.
