Runs on offroad diesel. Has absoluetly no power under 2000 rpms. Just a total dog. Boost doesn't seem to come in til 2100 or so rpms. 6 speed and I keep abusing the clutch to keep me from getting ran over. just hit 104,000 miles on the ticker

Try unplugging the map sensor and see if that helps any. If it still runs the same and throws a SES light then you know it’s not the map sensor. Then i would run some injector cleaner with the next tank of gas. Some guys are against the injector cleaner and they say it’s worthless but i like thinking it works. Try those two things; they might help in finding the problem.

i got a question, is there a wooshing noise coming from the exhaust?

and if you can get a scanner on it, sometimes these trucks dont like to throw a check engine light even though there is a problem

It’s your EBPV. Its normal and it should only do it when the ambient temp is below 32 degrees. It’s to help the engine warm up in cold weather.

You might already know that. Not sure if you were being sarcastic

try unplugging the 2 wire plug that goes in to the right (if your looking at it from the front) of your turbo pedistal. see what that does for ya
