country boy, they are REALLY easy too replace only 45 min per side only reason takes that long is gettin enough out of the way too remove valve covers, once you do that it only takes like 3 min per plug

Regarding the plugs, do you have to do anything special to avoid hydro locking. Unless you intentionally put water in the GP hole how would water even get in.

Oil, not water but oil. you can hydraulically lock an engine with any fluid.

If you are worried about hydraulic lock have a helper bump the starter while the glow plug out. Soak up the oil that splashes out and then drop in the GP. I'm not positive, but I don't think hydraulic lock is really a concern with GPs. I know it is with injectors, but GPs? I'm not so sure.
